Dutch Stamppot recipe prepared by Lisa Stewart of Great Falls. This classic Dutch dish involved smashing boiled potatoes, carrots and onions together, leaving them chunky, then mixing in some greens - collard greens in this dish. Sausage is added on top to add another layer of flavor and texture, if desired.
