“Victor the Vulture is our new office pet. While he’s not very cuddly, we enjoy his visits to our office balcony, which he uses to ‘scope’ out the area. From time to time we get to watch him dive bomb from the fifth floor of the Government Center. Although we are unsure of his success rate.
