Wendy and Gary Pan rarely miss an opportunity to do something to support the community and beyond. The 2018 Great Falls Rotary Club Oktoberfest was no exception. One or the other, and often-times both of the Pans are the showrunners of some charitable activity or event, but tonight they had a chance to just have fun – which Wendy certainly did when she dove right in to the “Chicken Dance” and other Oktoberfest frolics.
