Volunteer Interpreter Program (VIP) volunteer coordinator Loida Gibbs (left) accepts the Intégrate Group volunteer service award for her organization. VIP was created through the Fairfax Bar Association and Fairfax County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court to help individuals access the appropriate court service. VIP volunteers provided 3,971 hours of service in 201, saving Fairfax County around $99,000 in paid interpreting.
